The “mini” version of the Kelly Galloup's Barely Legal. Its tied just like a Barely legal but with laser dub as the wing material and laser dub jammed up at the head to create some bulk. A super pattern when in a smaller stream where the bigger flies are a bit too much! Really a great pattern for rainbows aswell!
